Original heliograph after the painting "Self-Portrait (1910)" by Jan Mankes, from 1910. The heliogravure dates from 1927.
Jan Mankes has gone down in art history as "Holland's most tranquil painter."
Engraving dimensions: 19.3 x 11 cm.
Frame dimensions: 32 x 23 cm.
The heliogravure was published in 1927 by Mankes, his wife A. Zernike-Mankes, and Roland Holst.

The engraving is in excellent condition and comes in a black frame with a cream mat.
