Exquisite work by the Spanish artist Javier Rodriguez Quesada. Title “Hornacina Roja” presents a red manzana crossed by a white plume. Painting with great strength and refined technique, the blood that comes from the manzana emphasizes these cuts. The elements present in his artistic production are always of great realism, thanks to the use of a precise light and natural light, resulting in a dreamlike symbolist painting. Francisco Javier Rodríguez Quesada (1955-2015)
Contemporary Zamoran artist based in Valladolid. Awarded with prizes such as the 1992 Bienal de Zamora or the Medalla de Oro de la Primera Bienal Internacional del Arte Contemporáneo de la Ciudad de Florencia de 1997, some of his works form part of the collections of the Council of Castilla and León, Vega Sicilia or the Universidad de Valladolid. Furthermore, a large part of his works have been spent in cities such as Barcelona or Madrid, and in various galleys in Castilla and León.
