Product description
The iconic "Tulip" dining table was designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll International in 1956 and is considered one of the most important design classics of the 20th century. The aim was to resolve the visual "chaos" of ordinary table legs with the curved central pedestal, creating a flowing, clean silhouette. The round top is made of white marble with fine gray veining. The underside is covered in fiberglass. The white lacquered aluminum base gives the piece its sculptural character and maximizes legroom. Condition: The table is in good condition with only minimal signs of age-related wear. The top has no chips or cracks. Dimensions: Diameter 137 x H 72 cm, Thickness: 2 cm, Weight: approx. 85 kg
