Set of 2 Moroso Paper Planes Lounge Chairs by Nipa Doshi & Jonathan Levien A special set of two original Moroso Paper Planes armchairs, designed by Nipa Doshi & Jonathan Levien for Moroso. The set consists of one high-back and one low-back version, finished in jacquard upholstery with a graphic pattern, a contrasting dark back, and red leather piping. What makes this set particularly interesting is the mirrored construction: the high-back armchair has the armrest on the right side, while the low-back armchair has the armrest on the left. As a result, they function not only strongly as separate sculptural armchairs but also beautifully side by side as a kind of lounge sofa. When placed against or next to each other, a spacious seating object is created that can easily accommodate 2 to 3 people. The design features a distinct architectural form, almost like folded textile or paper, with a beautiful balance between graphic lines, soft curves, and a light metal construction. The red piping gives the set a powerful accent and makes the ensemble very decorative in a modern, vintage, or gallery-style interior. The set is in neat used condition with visible light signs of use and minor wear on the seats. The price has been adjusted accordingly. Original Moroso label present.
