An early and rare example of the PK33 stool, designed by Poul Kjærholm in 1959 and produced by E. Kold Christensen. This first edition bears the original factory sticker and a remnant of the original price label - still visible in guilders - a special piece of provenance history.
The design combines Kjærholm's industrial form language with a floating, round seat on a sleek steel frame. The leather upholstery is original, structurally intact but visibly worn, offering a great opportunity for a collector to have the piece carefully reupholstered while maintaining authenticity.
