Refined Vallauris artistic ceramic "pique-fleurs" vase, handmade by renowned master ceramists Jacques Fonck and Jean Mateo in the 1960s and 1970s. The piece features a sculptural, rounded shape typical of Midcentury Modern design. It is decorated with an iconic hand-engraved "eye" motif, which highlights the beautiful satin glaze in shades of blue, purple, and anthracite gray. The top features holes to support individual stems, making it perfect for minimalist arrangements or as a stand-alone decorative piece. Details and Condition: Signature: Features both the original silver label "Ceramique Fait Main - Vallauris" and the handwritten signature engraved on the bottom "Vallauris Fait Main - Fonck et Mateo".
