ABOUT THE ARTIST
Parscha Mirghawameddin is one of Germany’s most popular artists. She paints his works using a never-before-seen technique. Ever since his childhood, art has been an outlet for his emotional world: for him, creativity connects man with his true inner self. Parscha often first dreams of the colour compositions, which he then tries to translate to the canvas. Minimalistic and dreamy surfaces alternate in his works, giving them liveliness. To create his profound surfaces, Parscha applies layers of paint to the canvas with a sponge. Then he applies soft and hard layers with a squeegee. During this layering process, he doesn’t just apply the paint randomly, but where he feels it belongs.
