Large round ceiling lamp with pressed glass. Made and marked by Glashütte Limburg (A 665). With pressed glass transparent shade. The pattern looks a bit like bubbles/drops. It is unclear who designed this lamp, but it could well be Helena Tynell . The lamp can be mounted on the ceiling or on the wall. The diameter is +/- 23cm, height +/- 11cm. This means it falls under the larger ceiling/wall lamps. The lamp can easily be hung in many rooms. The Limburg lamp brand has continued to expand its product range with table lamps, wall lamps, ceiling lamps and hanging lamps. The brand is known for the use of high-quality materials, such as hand-blown glass, and for its craftsmanship. Today, Glashütte Limburg is still a family business, run by the third generation of the Buschfeld family. The brand continues to produce high-quality lighting for contemporary and classic interiors, with timeless, stylish designs that combine quality, beauty and functionality.
The ceiling part has some paint and rust spots, but is almost unnoticeable once it is hanging because the mounting is so slim.
