Impressive West German highboard from the 1960s, crafted from beautifully grained rosewood veneer. The front features a strong, symmetrical grain, giving the piece a distinctive character. Clean lines, original square wooden handles, and tapered legs with metal caps create a typical mid-century look.
The layout is practical and well-thought-out. In the center is a display cabinet section with sliding glass doors and glass shelves, ideal for glassware or decorative items. On either side is ample closed storage space and several drawers for smaller items. The piece offers ample storage without appearing heavy.
The construction is solid and robust, as you would expect from high-quality West German furniture from this period. The piece is in very good vintage condition with minor, normal signs of wear consistent with its age.
