Large Art Deco sculpture depicting a nude dancer in balance, holding three gilded rings in a particularly elegant and ethereal composition.
The piece boasts exceptional decorative quality, with a nuanced brown patina that highlights the subject's modernist lines. The slender proportions, the suspended movement, and the contrast between the bronze and the gilded rings are reminiscent of the grand decorative creations of the 1925–1935 period, in the spirit of Art Deco dancers.
The sculpture rests on a substantial base of veined black marble effect, lending stability and presence to the whole.
The signature “Duvernet” is visible on the base.
A “BJB Bronze Garanti” (BJB Guaranteed Bronze) label is present.
