About the brand:
The Cassina Maralunga sofa is a design by Vico Magistretti. The design dates from 1974 and is considered one of the most famous Italian designer sofas. Magistretti wanted to design a sofa that would remain relevant over time; a design that would last for generations. He achieved this by combining comfort, quality, and design. Moreover, the backrests are what make the sofa unique and distinctive. These can be individually bent to a 90-degree angle if you feel like curling up, or placed against the back for wonderfully soft back support.
The single-seater has a width of 88 cm, a height of 100 cm when unfolded, and a depth of 86 cm. The seat height is 45 cm.
The design features a light gray steel frame with a core consisting of a blend of CFC-free polyurethane foam and polyester.
