The Reale table is a contemporary rectangular dining or desk table designed by Carlo Mollino in 1946 and revived by Zanotta in the mid-1980s. It features a complex, sculptural frame made of solid oak that resembles an aircraft wing detail or a lattice structure.
The table top is 15mm thick extra-clear plate glass with beveled edges treated with a stain-resistant matte polyester varnish. The design highlights Mollino’s poetic use of organic shapes and natural materials, utilizing precise custom metal joints to create a transparent, lightweight appearance despite the solid construction.
Please note there has been some small damage to the glass, see photos. The frame is in excellent condition.
