Vintage YENI Space Age Fiber Optic Table Lamp – France, 1970s
Original French YENI fibre optic table lamp dating from the 1970s.
An iconic Space Age design featuring a large polished chrome base and a spectacular fibre optic light display. Both a functional lamp and a sculptural decorative object.
This example retains its two original switches:
* Main ON/OFF switch.
* Secondary switch allowing you to either freeze the colour on your favourite shade or let the colour wheel rotate continuously.
This rare feature offers two different lighting atmospheres and makes this model particularly desirable.
The lamp is fully functional and ready to use.
Condition
Very good vintage condition.
Minor signs of age on the chrome consistent with careful use. The fibre optics, rotating colour mechanism and colour-stop function all work perfectly.
