A brief history of the Jacobihalle Bremen:
The building that housed the Jacobihalle restaurant originally belonged to the Jacobi Monastery Church. After the church was abandoned, master locksmith Konrad Asendorp acquired the building and had it extensively renovated between 1861 and 1882.
As a wine bar, it became well-known and popular far beyond the borders of Bremen.
During the Second World War, the building was severely damaged. The ruins were demolished in the early 1960s when the development of Martinistraße began.
Size of the tray: 57 x 38.5 cm, rim height 3.5 cm, weight approx. 2.3 kg
The tray has been used, has scratches and dents, and stains on the back. There is also some wear.
