Product description
Large Chinese lidded pot from around 1960 in famille rose. Colorful hand-painted figures tell a story. With floral motifs. Different on every side. The lid has a slightly bluer glaze but is original and belongs with the pot. The whole stands on a wooden base. In good condition, a hairline crack in the rim (see photos), but invisible due to the lid.
Marked on the underside. A monumental vase/lidded pot.
A pair is for sale on expensive sales sites for €2,900.00.
