Old wooden box, jewelry, or trinket box made of inlaid wood pieces, marquetry box with a geometric chevron design, circa mid-20th century.
This wooden box is of high quality and a feast for the eyes. The beautiful chevron or herringbone pattern is beautifully and precisely executed. It is a handy box for storing jewelry or for use as a trinket box for all kinds of items. The whole has a lovely patina of age and use.
This item is in very good vintage condition. The key is missing, the varnish has dulled in some places, and there are some superficial cracks due to age. However, the whole is in good used condition. Please see the photos for more details!
