A beautiful sideboard designed by William Watting for Fristho Franeker. This American designer lived in Denmark for a long time. For Fristho, he designed a number of series, including Modernord, of which this sideboard is a part. Beautifully figured with flamed walnut and brass legs, this cabinet bridges the gap between the 1930s and the modern mid-century style. Superb quality and a piece of Dutch design history.
