This amazing seating area, consisting of two two-seater sofas and two armchairs, is by the Swedish designer Yngve Ekström and dates from the 1960s. Yngve Ekström was one of the key figures in the development of Scandinavian modernism and co-founder of the furniture design company Swedese. This set is made of pine frames with clean lines and rounded corners. The sofas consist of two separate side-by-side seating sections with individual seat and back cushions, upholstered in a soft beige fabric with button details and an extra head cushion for comfort. This set is a fantastic example of Swedish design from the middle of the last century and adds a touch of vintage Scandinavian style to any modern living space. The set is in very beautiful condition with very minor signs of use. Sofa dimensions: 120 cm wide, 86 cm deep, 98 cm high, 49 cm seat depth, 43 cm seat height.
