French vintage farm bench, circa 40's/50's.This handmade piece, was made in the Perigord. It is made of wood and features one, long; sitting area; resting on four wooden legs, which are attached to the seat, with an antique articulation system, typical of the time.The piece is in good original and vintage condition, with some marks and signs of age and previous use commensurate with the time, as well as a patina of time on the overall structure, seat, legs and feet (see photos.)Old marks and worm marks throughout the structure (see photos), so the piece has been fully treated, then coated with linseed oil and waxed for optimal protection, as well as to both nourish and protect the wood.The piece is sturdy and stable.With an organic A great accent piece, with an organic, clean and elegant design, which will work well with other vintage, contemporary rustic, modern or Wabi-Sabi decor. Seat dimensions: L: 181.5 cm D: 20 cm.
