Vintage wall lamp - Raak / set of 3 globes - 1960s
Very beautiful set of iconic wall lamps by Raak Amsterdam, designed by Frank Ligtelijn in the 1960s. These sculptural globe lamps are a beautiful example of progressive Dutch design from that period and serve as both a functional lighting object and a wall sculpture. The lamps are identical and were purchased simultaneously by the previous owner.
The lamps are in excellent condition. They are designed for direct mounting on the wall box, but can also be fitted with a cord and switch if desired, without compromising the design.
