Charming handcrafted ceramic wall fish, vintage 1970s-1980s. Likely from a Vallauris workshop (attribution tentative), unsigned. Stylized silhouette with graphic lines, highlighted by a striped design in shades of brown, honey, beige, and cream, enhanced by a beautiful speckled glaze. The back is drilled for wall mounting. A souvenir from La Tranche-sur-Mer. Length 25.5 cm, height 16.5 cm, thickness approximately 2.5 cm. Excellent condition. Approximately 300-350 g.
