A beautiful, authentic vintage studio ceramics vase from Vallauris, Southern France (1950s-1960s). This striking modernist model features an organic shape with two large, openwork handles (double ear) and is finished in a deep cobalt blue color with an iridescent turquoise/white ‘Écume de mér’ (sea foam) / fat lava glaze. The glaze has a beautiful, thick texture.
This vase is in top condition!
