Vintage TEKA Model 2017 wall sconce, believed to date from the 1970s and representing the distinctive character of German Mid-Century Modern lighting.
The lamp features a tall, sculptural shade made from thick, clear textured glass with a striking “ice glass” effect. Its irregular, organic surface beautifully refracts and diffuses the light, creating a warm atmospheric glow and an impressive pattern on the surrounding wall.
The narrow rectangular form makes it particularly suitable for a hallway, living room, bedroom, dining area, beside a mirror, or as decorative accent lighting in a refined residential or hospitality interior.

CONDITION
The lamp is in good vintage condition.
The textured glass shade is in excellent condition and retains its clarity and original sculptural surface. The metal base shows light scratches consistent with age and normal use. The lamp holders have developed an authentic natural patina, which complements the vintage character of the piece.
The lamp has been carefully cleaned, including the removal of superficial dirt and surface rust. It has not been aggressively polished or over-restored, allowing the original vintage character to remain visible.
