Vintage teak dinette model 49 designed by icon Erik Buch for the Danish quality brand OD Møbler, 1970s.
Unique set.
You rarely, if ever, come across this. A dinette consisting of an adjustable corner sofa and 2 matching dining chairs.
Solid teak frame, gracefully organically shaped. Flawless wood joints, warm teak tone, and beautiful visible wood grain. The frames are structurally sound and in solid condition.
The set has recently been reupholstered and is still in fairly neat condition. The padding remains nice and firm, ensuring a firm yet soft seat. The upholstery is still intact and neat, with a tiny stain in some places.
The sofa consists of 4 sections, the outer sides of which are finished just like the chairs. The sofa can be mirrored, so the middle section can be used both lengthwise and widthwise. The sections can be fastened together.
Unique find, very rare and beautifully designed. Combines beautifully with a Danish (extendable) dining table. Makes your dining room complete. The set is offered as a whole.
