Beautiful pendant lamp designed by Temde Leuchten in the 1960s. A characteristic example of Swiss Mid-Century lighting, featuring a hand-woven sisal shade, teak wood details, and a plexiglass diffuser that creates a warm, diffused light. The combination of natural materials and clean geometry makes this lamp particularly attractive. The lamp is in neat vintage condition. The sisal shade and plexiglass elements have been beautifully preserved. The lamp features the original teak ceiling rose with a pull-cord mechanism. One metal support was once damaged but has been sturdily repaired and is functional. This is hardly visually distracting when the lamp is hanging.
Dimensions are as follows: height 30 cm, diameter 55 cm.
