Long sculpture of a woman accompanied by her child, made of redwood.It should be noted that this is a softwood species, of high quality so it is easy to work with and durable.This is surely a mother represented with her little boy, positioned against her chest and whom she tenderly wraps with her arms. She is holding the hand and foot of her offspring and seems to be looking at him with a maternal gaze.A simple pair of panties dresses the little boy while a long pleated cape covers the body of the lady, except on her belly which is bare. Her hair is long and her neck is accessorized with a necklace. This beautiful redwood statuette exudes benevolence, devotion and appeasement and is set on a 7 cm high base.
