This desk from the 1960s/70s, designed by Günter Renkel for REGO Möbel, combines functional design with a clean, timeless aesthetic. The combination of warm teak wood and the black metal frame creates a striking contrast and underscores its typical mid-century character.
On the right side, three drawers stacked one above the other offer practical storage space for documents and office supplies. On the left is a lockable hinged door, behind which lies additional space for folders or personal items. The elegantly designed handles blend harmoniously into the overall design and add subtle design accents.
The back of the desk is particularly practical: a wide, open shelf allows the desk to be placed freely in the room and accessed from both sides. This makes the desk ideal as a central piece of furniture.
The desk is in very good condition with only minimal signs of wear on the tabletop and the edges of the drawers. A rare design piece with character that perfectly combines functionality and aesthetics.
