Add a vibrant touch of classic Italian design to your interior with this exquisite miniature Murano glass vase.
Mouth-blown in the traditional amphora shape, this elegant piece showcases the coveted millefiori (thousand flowers) technique. Luminous floral murrines are artfully embedded in white glass. The harmonious composition is beautifully framed by the side handles, which feature finely fused, multicolored glass threads.
Due to its distinctive craftsmanship, the specific use of murrines, and the elegant handle design, this impressive art glass object is attributed to the renowned Fratelli Toso manufactory (early to mid-20th century). The rough, unpolished glassmaker's pontil mark on the base testifies to its authentic, artisanal production.
A perfect little collectible that effortlessly integrates as a striking decorative accent into eclectic, mid-century, or postmodern interiors.
Dimensions: H 12.5 cm x W 10 cm x D 6 cm.
Condition: Beautiful vintage condition with one visible flaw. There is a chip in the glass directly to the right of where one of the handles would be (please see the corresponding detail photo). Since the vase still displays its full, colorful effect when viewed from the front, it remains a charming and authentic decorative piece. This has, of course, been taken into account in the price.
