Beautiful and rare design classic from the Space Age era. This 'Minivip' free-standing coat rack was designed in the early 1970s by the architect duo Carla Benanti & Enrico Brunori for the renowned Italian manufacturer Velca Legnano. The iconic, sleek design is made of sturdy off-white ABS plastic and features the characteristic fold-out coat hooks at the top and an integrated umbrella holder in the base. Functional top Italian design that fits perfectly in a modern, vintage, or retro interior. In very good condition, with minor signs of use consistent with its age.
