This type of lamp is a Scandinavian or Danish Mid-Century Modern wall lamp from the 1960s, characterized by the combination of a pressed glass shade with a diamond pattern and a wooden backplate (teak or rosewood). This iconic design was produced during that period by various designers and manufacturers from Northern Europe, such as Svend Mejlstrøm and Richard Essig.

Material: Pressed or cut crystal glass with a 'diamond' relief, a chrome-plated or brass arm, and a wooden veneer base.
