This is an iconic vintage mid-century modern desk lamp, better known as the Model 31 (or Model V356/3100).
This lamp was designed in the 1950s/60s by Herman Busquet for the well-known Dutch manufacturer Hala Zeist.
Design: Minimalist Bauhaus and De Stijl influences with a sleek, functional design.
Materials: A grey or beige lacquered aluminium shade and base, combined with a chrome-plated or nickel articulated arm.
Adjustability: Both the shade and the arm are hinged to adjust the light direction.
Operation: Equipped with the characteristic authentic push-button switch on the round base.
The lamp is in very good condition with minor signs of use and the original light grey lacquer.
The cord and plug have been checked and it comes with an LED bulb. Height: approx. 40 to 45 cm (depending on the position of the adjustable arm)
