Vintage Borzoi dog made of ceramic, Italy, 1960s.
What a beautiful specimen! This seated Borzoi.
Produced with great detail. Hand-painted with beautiful colors and details. The statue is in very good condition and has no chips or cracks; it has always been carefully handled. The statue is marked "Ceramica di Bassano," a hallmark for handmade ceramics made in the 1960s and 1970s.
A lovely eye-catcher in a shop, display window, trade show, pet shop, or of course, just at home.
