The Gispen chairs model 2225 are from the 2200 series “Healthy Sitting”. The Gispen chairs feature a white polyester shell that envelops the body. The legs are made of chromed steel rod and have self-adjusting nylon floor caps; these so-called Delrin caps were revolutionary in the furniture industry at the time. We have reupholstered the seats and backrests. The original green fabric is underneath. I have 3 beautiful multifunctional chairs with excellent seating quality for sale; please see my other advertisements. The chairs are suitable for both dining and desk use. The polyester shell is particularly easy to maintain. The shell shows light signs of use but is in good condition!
