Product description
Beautiful original drafting table from the 1950s by the German quality brand Franz Kuhlmann. A professional drafting table, as used by architects and technical draftsmen.
The table has been fully and expertly restored. All original parts are present and functioning properly, including the tilt mechanism, the ruler guide, and the matching drafting table lamp. The original nameplate is still intact and legible.
The wooden top has been carefully restored, retaining its character and patina. The construction is stable and solid, as you would expect from German craftsmanship from this period.
As Franz Kuhlmann himself famously said: "Built for precision and longevity."
Everything is original, including the original rulers and lamp.
