A beautiful vintage framed reproduction print of the famous 18th-century French engraving "La Petite Thérèse". The original historic scene was engraved by Jacques Couché after a painting by Jacques-Philippe Caresme.
This later vintage printing beautifully replicates the poetic and romantic atmosphere of the French Rococo era, complete with the classical coat of arms, publisher's credits, and the historical dedication "Dédiée à Madame de Blangermont" printed along the bottom margin.
The piece comes professionally framed in an elegant, classic gold-gilded wooden frame with a matching ivory-colored mount (passe-partout), making it ready to bring a touch of vintage French elegance to any interior.
