Product description
A large 10-light enamelled "Flowerpot" chandelier by Verner Panton for Louis Poulsen.
Comprised of ten 1st edition 1960s "VP1" flowerpot pendants, this chandelier makes a fantastic mid-century statement.
It emits beautifully soft, diffused light over a wide area. Three pendants are white, three red, the remaining four in orange. They are arranged in striking circular symmetry.
Most pendants bear the original 1960s Louis Poulsen maker label. They are in excellent vintage condition, with one or two very minor fleabites. Each has been rewired with braided white cord.
The circular canopy is 60cm in diameter. It has been purpose-made to display these iconic pendants. The pictured configuration has a drop of 120cm. It can be re-configured to hang higher or as low as 170cm.
