The Flos 265 wall lamp, designed by Paolo Rizzatto, is an iconic piece of Italian design. This specific example features a very rare silver finish, making it a striking presence within the design canon. This color is no longer available new and is generally very difficult to find. This is an original vintage piece from 1973. Given the very limited availability of the lamp in this color (nationally and internationally), my absolute minimum is the starting bid price. I will not sell the lamp for less. The lamp is made of metal and is characterized by its ingenious construction featuring a long, adjustable arm and a counterweight. This mechanism allows the user to direct the light exactly where it is needed. The silver color gives the whole a modern and industrial look. The lamp is equipped with the original wiring and switch on the shade. The object is in good condition, commensurate with its age and use. The construction is fully functional and the mechanism works properly. The original finish has been preserved, contributing to the lamp's authentic character. This wall lamp comes into its own perfectly in a modern or industrial interior.
