Vintage Egoa Chair, Model 300, designed by Spanish designer and engineer Josep Mora for STUA in 1988. The Egoa chair is regarded as a classic of Spanish design. Its defining feature is its innovative ergonomic construction, created to provide dynamic movement and exceptional comfort. The curved plywood seat and backrest are mounted on an ingenious articulated system, allowing them to move and adapt naturally to the user’s posture, body weight, and movements. The chromed steel sled base serves both as a supporting frame and a flexible spring, creating a gentle movement similar to that of a cantilever chair.
