Vintage Dutch Amsterdam Baroque Smoky Painting. This artwork is the famous painting 'The Handing Over of a Letter in an Antechamber' from 1670, created by the Dutch master painter Pieter de Hooch. The original can be admired in the Gallery of Honour at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. Backing canvas dimensions: 50.3 x 60.6 cm. Fronting canvas dimensions: 48.8 x 59 cm. Including frame: 74 cm high x 64.5 cm wide. Title: The Handing Over of a Letter in the Antechamber. Pieter de Hooch, 1670. Signature: "F. Hensens." is clearly written in red paint. 1974 is 52 years old. Oil paint with varnish. Dutch Amsterdam Baroque style.
