For sale: Set of four Danish vintage dining chairs, designed and produced by Farstrup. These chairs are a fine example of functional Scandinavian design from the mid-20th century, in which comfort, solid construction, and understated styling take center stage. Farstrup is a Danish furniture manufacturer with a long tradition of making seating furniture. The company is known for its focus on ergonomics, sustainability, and craftsmanship. In the 1950s and 1960s, Farstrup grew into an established name within Danish modernism, with chairs designed for daily use and longevity. The designs are characterized by their lightweight construction, practical design, and timeless appearance. This set of chairs features a wooden frame and green upholstery, providing a subtle color accent within the overall look. The backrests feature open and rhythmic lines, giving the chairs an airy appearance while simultaneously ensuring comfortable seating.
