Product description
An atmospheric vintage pendant lamp with a distinct Mid-Century look. The wide, organically shaped shade has a beautiful, almost floating cocoon shape. The outward-flaring segments give the lamp a playful interplay of lines while simultaneously ensuring warm and even light distribution. The combination of the light cream shade with the warm teak detail at the top makes this lamp particularly characterful. The shape is typical of the optimistic design of the 1950s and 60s, in which organic lines and functional design came together beautifully. The lamp is in neat vintage condition and has a beautiful, original patina. Light signs of use are present, which are perfectly in keeping with its age and authentic character. This is not a sleekly restored example, but rather a lamp that has fully retained its vintage appearance. A real eye-catcher above the dining table, in the seating area, or as an atmospheric statement in a modern interior. Country of origin: Presumably Germany. Socket: E27.
