This Chinese black lacquer stool in Qing Dynasty style is hand-painted with floral and bird motifs. It features an octagonal top and gracefully curved legs, making it perfect for use as a side table. The sides and legs are also adorned with subtle floral paintings all around and a classic geometric edge finish. Condition: Vintage condition with natural signs of age and use. There are some chips and spots in the lacquer layer all around, which actually gives the item an authentic, lived-in character. Structurally, the stools are still completely sturdy and stable.
