The tabletop consists of hand-painted ceramic tiles featuring an artistic and colorful image of a sailing ship (galleon) on a deep, dark background, complete with an elegant compass rose. The style is strongly reminiscent of the designs of Adri (Belarti) or the renowned ceramic art from Vallauris.
