Stunningly beautiful vintage Brutalist Wabi Sabi coffee table set, a stunning example of the Brutalist/Wabi Sabi style, likely made in Brabant or Belgium, where these pieces were produced in small furniture workshops in the mid-1970s.
The set consists of a large table with two matching smaller tables made from thick 5cm solid oak tree trunk planks with a live edge (rough tree edge), and a beautiful wood oil finish that beautifully highlights the grain. Also very special are the organically shaped, sturdy legs carved into an almost sculptural form. The set is in very beautiful vintage condition with a lovely patina.
