Product description
Beautiful side table with octagonal corners. Almost certainly oak, handmade with beautiful flexible support joints. These prevent the table from wobble and absorb pressure when bumped or pressed. A technique no longer used, but very effective. This was especially common in the 1930s and 1950s. Scandinavian style, possibly of Western European manufacture. This was very common in Belgium, the Netherlands, and also England and Scandinavia. Very good condition, with minimal spots and stains. It has been lightly oiled to restore the ambiance and color and for preventative purposes. All stated dimensions are approximate and rounded up. This also allows for transport costs and additional packaging materials if necessary.
