Elegant vintage Bayard 8 Day mechanical table clock, made in France and dating approximately to the Art Deco period.
The clock features a striking transparent glass dial, applied brass numerals, a circular brass frame and a beautifully minimalist open design. Its unusual floating appearance makes it a refined decorative piece for a console table, mantel, desk, bookshelf or curated vintage interior.
The centre of the dial is marked “Bayard 8 Day”, referring to the mechanical movement designed to run for several days after winding.
A beautiful collectible timepiece combining French craftsmanship, elegant proportions and authentic vintage character.
