Beautiful Penguin cocktail chair designed by Louis van Teeffelen for Webe (Netherlands, 1950s/60s).
The iconic silhouette and elegant wooden lines evoke Scandinavian influences, but this design is entirely homegrown. The chair not only boasts a beautiful design but is also incredibly comfortable.
This armchair has a solid teak frame and has been reupholstered in a high-quality yellow melange fabric — playful, warm, and timeless all in one.
✨ Condition
Excellent vintage with new seat, foam, and fabric. Frame in beautiful condition, undamaged.
Note: the bottom wood joints have been replaced with more modern screws — neatly done and sturdy.
