An exceptional architect's chair from the USA, an early model from the 1920s/30s. Originally brought to Germany by the US Army, this chair carries a unique history.
The swivel base offers a wide range of adjustments: seat height (40–50 cm), spring tension, and backrest angle can all be individually tailored – a functional design that was far ahead of its time.
The American walnut wood has been carefully restored, sanded, oiled multiple times, and then polished. The seat has been reupholstered in high-quality black genuine leather.
