Hans Wegner AP38 ’Airport’ chair by A.P. Stolen.
Exceptional modern chair. Designed in 1958, on tubular-steel frames with sharp triangle boomerang shape chrome details on both sides of each seat. Seats will be reupholstered without additional cost. Ask for a discount if you wish to handle the reupholstery yourself.
Although not designed specifically for airports this chair got it’s name after Copenhagen’s "Kastrup Airport" which is still today furnished with similar chairs. With this tubular-steel chair Wegner proved that upholstered chairs do not have to be large and overstuffed in order to be comfortable in use.
