Unique rectangular, vintage 1970s Brutalist coffee table.
Dimensions: 80(w) x 80(l), 40.5 (h)
Features a heavy glass top and solid speckled granite legs (similar to marble).
The design is strongly reminiscent of the work of the Belgian artist/architect Willy Ballez and shows clear similarities: during that period, he created handmade, architectural tables in which glass and solid natural stone were combined in a similar sculptural manner.
Fits perfectly in an eclectic, mid-century modern, Bauhaus, or Brutalist interior.
The top is in used vintage condition: a few scratches and chips on the glass of the legs (as shown in the photo). However, this is barely visible and does not detract from the beautiful, unique design of this coffee table.
